If members have already had to verify their age, will they have to do so again? I.E. if a Canadian resident has had to scan and send in his/her drivers license to verify age, will they have to pay the fee and be verified again?

IIRC, this is what you had to do to move from the teen grid to the main grid. Not sure if that's still the case.
