Has anyone noticed this new name changing bug with unlinked group sets?

(This only affects H4 sims)

It appears now that if you pick up an unlinked group set (selecting several unlinked items and then grab them all at once into your inventory) and rerez it, the last item in the group set gets its name changed to the first. I noticed this today when several customers claimed one of the door sensors in a door I sell was not working. The sensors were named "smart door sensor" and the door was named "smart door v2.0". But when customers rezzed the set one of the sensors got its name changed to "smart door v2.0" and so the door was not listening to it anymore. This new bug will break many many items that are packaged or picked up as unlinked group sets. I tried it on a few other unlinked groups and the problem also occurred with those. To solve the problem for now I added code to the sensors than changes their names. This is a very huge bug. I suppose I will plunge into the unwieldy bug reporting system. I'm fairly sure this is a new bug as I've sold thousands of these doors for two years with no problems until today.

Update.. after testing it turns out this only affects the H4 servers. This is a show stopper bug though. I have confirmed this with several friends. As a test... go to an H4 server. Rez three boxes and name them one two three. Highlight all three and take them into your inventory as an unlinked set. Rez it and you will see that two of the cubes have the same name!

Do NOT take items into or out of your inventory in H4 sims as unlinked sets! If name of items is important (for communication etc) you will break the items!

Please help confirm this on H4 servers and report this on jira.

Yes, I JIRAed it a couple days ago:

http://jira.secondlife.com/browse/SVC-1449

It's already been assigned to a Linden so it should be fixed next Beta refresh, hopefully. :)
