I just noticed today they have added a CAPTCHA (a thing where you have to type in distorted letters and numbers http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Captcha) to the website login. It seems to only appear if you initially get your password wrong. I often do since they forced me to change it a month or two back in that whole Wiki breach scandal. Problem is, the CAPTCHA seems to be broken. I tried 5 or 6 times, and i know the password was correct, and I kept typing in the letters displayed, but it kept saying it was wrong. Now get this, after so many bad tries, they disable all logins for 15 min. Not just for that account, for ALL your accounts. I couldn't even log in on my other account to report the problem. So be sure you don't make a mistake typing in your password, or you too could end up in CAPTCHA hell.

They had a capture system for a short time a while back. I had to try 12 times to log in.
When pondering why the low retention rate this might be one reason why.
