Just interested to see some numbers on why people choose not to buy land or purchase more land.
I am refering to mainland or Island purchase land primarily, Lump sum Leasing would count too.
Renting I'm refering to no lump sum upfront other than rent in advance and just rent payments.

I'm inclined to put "I already have enough land", but if the simulators were still at the previous $195 a month price I would purchase one, or maybe $250 at a push, $295 pushes it just past unreasonable for me.

Yes the Tier charges are ridiculous at around 20% of the purchase price per month!

teir vs money

my 1024 is good enugh for my little workplace/shop

sims are retarded in price, anything tween that and the 1024 seems not too usefull for my needs

i can usually rent bigger plots and still have my 1024 with my stipend when i need to

i do fear loosing money on land, but not in deals, mainly in dumping a grand into something thats totally propitary and a flakeball company on the other end of the switch

pie kicks ass

i didnt choose land prices, becuase if you shop for it and be paient theres always a deal to be had
