One small suggestion:
In the menu for an inventory item, "delete" is right above "wear", and it's easy to click delete by mistake when you want to wear something. Reordering the menu might be a good idea.

For some reason i just lost all the items that were in my Objects folder that were not in sub folders.... i was having a bit of trouble with items not rezing, so i relogged and all my stuff was gone and no, it isnot in my lost and found or my trash can. *sad face*
