Strange change of german/US keyboard letters

Hello, can anybody tell me how to stop my keyboard from switching between German and US version? I have a german keyboard where some letters are different "y" and "x" for example.
When I play suddenly my keyboard switches to the US version and I need to relog to get this right again.

I'm sure you clicked by accident the key ALT and Shift, that will change the keyboard.
Click ALT and Shift key again and all is back to normal.
