You could have Abuse Reported him, using the Help menu at the top of your screen. Need to give as much detail as possible, preferably including chat logs. Unless he was the owner of the land, in which case he can throw you out for any reason, or no reason. The fact he froze you suggests he may have been the owner or on the owner's staff.

Of course he could have Abuse Reported you for your name, which clearly contains an obscenity.

A sex theme park? Expectations can't be high. I suggest you forget and move on to better things... and a more interesting gathering. There a far better places to visit in Second Life, that I can assure you.

If he had the Land Powers to Freeze you, and then Teleport you home then they were an Estate Owner, or Estate Manager. Or at least had land ownership powers. It's their land, they have the right to Ban you. You could have sent an Abuse Report for them Instant Messaging you like that, but it's not likely to be a valid complaint. Find somewhere else to 'relax' and like the above person says, expectations can't be high in such a location.
