Bug: Cannot delete items rezzed in-world.

Right clicking an item rezzed in-world, and selecting 'more' from the pie menu displays the 'delete' option greyed out for items rezzed in-world. You can 'take' items but not delete them. This includes items rezzed from existing inventory, or new items created in preview. The 'del' key will not delete selected items inworld either.

Heyhey Dominus, I found this too... and yeah it is WEIRD. I think part of it has to do with the menus now being keyboard-driven, because if you select an object and click on a menu, you can then delete it with the Del key. I reported it in any case... but yeah, this is one to fix or the whole process of snippity editin' when building will be SLOWWWED DOWN.

Yes this is a bug, the chat bar isnt releasing the delete function, so as a workaround for now, close the chatbar and then the delete will be available in the pie and on the keys again

Are you right-clicking on the object, then right-clicking again on the "more" menu? I found that this greys out the "delete" option. Try right-clicking on the object, then left-clicking on the "more" menu.

I was left clicking although right-clicking takes you into the menu i dont think it makes any options available, perhaps it accepting a right click on the more option is a bug in itself.

For most people if the chat bar is open then delete wont be available, even with a left-click.

i had the same problem w/ 1.7 too.. not able to delete created items and also I am on a Laptop-- and it seemed to mess w/ my video settings for my display... anyone else have the video card issue?
