Right LL Ive been signed up now for aprox a month and I thought I'd share my inital thoughts with you.....
1) Moris Welcome centre- possibly the worse welcome I have ever had to endure, the lag here is horrendous, as first impressions go its not great to say the least also there is far far too much negitivity in and around there from experienced users not only about SL but also about new users requesting help, it was over a week before I even met a "mentor", Im not saying there wasnt any on but basically there is far too many users in this region IMHO, whats needed is more welcome areas that are highly moderated to keep the negitivity down.
2) Premium accounts & buying Lindens- Why do you insist on only US$ transactions? You have offices and staff located all around the world which I assume you pay for in local currency, so why not allow users to pay in local currency? It would save you money on exchange rates surely + by making it easier for users to purchase L$ and premium accounts I am sure you would see an increased in the numbers of non US users spending money.
3) PR- Maybe I am just unlucky in my timing having joined up virtually days before the OS price rises, but I seriously think you need to re-evaluate your PR teams
How ever this sounds likes a moan it ISNT, I love SL and have already made many friends, just simply my personal view on how to make the grid better
