See, the problem with forums like this is that they're too easily ignored. I understand that it would be a giant pain the tuchus for LL to get a mountain of phone calls and faxes about its ineptitude, however it is the right of every single person who uses their services to have a working channel of comment and complaint---whether they own an island or not.

There isn't an acceptable channel for this now. The support portal simply does not cut it. Responses are slow and almost always unhelpful.

So if you do decide to use either of the numbers above, please, the point is not to yell or be nasty, it's simply to make LL absolutely aware of precisely what the problems with their product are, in a way that is impossible to ignore.

Again, courtesy is key. These people don't really want to be working at Linden Lab any more than you want your viewer to crash in the middle of "private avatar time". Everyone is unhappy, but it surely can be fixed. Pride can return to LL employees for a job well done, and contentment can finally reach customers whos calm and friendly voices are heard.
