since the last update I've seen all kinds of strange objects flying around SL. Disco lights, ceiling fans, fish......things that use some kind of rotation script. The rotating objects have a path diameter of 500 or more meters. The ceiling fan by my home travels over 4 sims at very high speed. So fast, I cannot catch it to return it. To see these items, you need to set your viewing draw distance to at least 300 meters. Even if the object flies right by you, you cant see it unless view distance is high. On the sim I am on, we have so many objects flying around, I am wondering if it is part of the time dilation problem. I am not the only one that sees these objects so I am sure it is not my client. My friend who sees them too has none on his sim and guess what. He is not having the bad lag issues and time dilation problems like most of us are having. hmmmmm. makes me wonder. This has been going on since the update along with all the other problems but I see no mention of the flying objects in the forums. Remember the update not so long ago when rotating objects were spinning too fast? I think we have a similer script issue here.
Another issue I havent seen mentioned, is there are alot of notecards in my inventory that are corrupted. notecards that use embedded landmarks and pictures are missing some links or pictures replaced with question marks. Again, not just me, I had friends check their notecards as well.

i have noticed this bug in my sim as well. If i am lucky enough to select the wayward prim it returns to it's parent prim while it is selected.

Yup I've got a flying sign post crossing nearby my parcel. I'm on the corner of a sim so I think it's actually crossing 4 different sims. It's moving so fast that I can't even select it, I'd presumed it was a one off (some user created content) but I guess not at this point..?

While I have heard that the Lindens are aware of, and are addressing this issue, I'd love to see this in writing somewhere. The UFO's (spotlights, christmas trains from the base of someone's tree, and other random rotating objects that originate elsewhere) fly across the sim constantly. If I pull my camera back far enough, at times it's like looking down on the bedroom in The Poltergeist in full swing! Another issue for me seems to be rendering bits and pieces of nearby buildings, furnishings and landscape (that don't rotate) over my land. I am curious why I am so often rendering these apparently ghosted images of the original objects so far from their "home base"?

Yep. Orbiting billboards, terrain messed up so that many of my builds are now underground (where I can't get to them, but I"m afraid to edit my terrain...)
Worst update since SL went out of beta. I'm very disheartened. I hope LL keeps backups and can fix this mess.
