When I look for land sales, I dont want to see all the $L1 sales with tier payments, give me an option to just see the straightforward cash purchases! Tonight I figured I might get back into the land ownership game, upgrade my account again; so I started looking for land. Of course anything cheap turns out to have a covenant, and after clicking though a bunch of L$1 land sales I get a message saying ive done too many land searches and been locked out for some time. Maybe Id persist but frankly I cant go 20min these days without hitting some connection issue or other bu. So whatever, if you want people to pay, you dont have to think tooo hard, just make the frickin thing work.

in the land search just make sure you are only searching for mainland. There is a drop down box where you can search for, 'all land' 'Mainland' 'Auction' or 'Estate' Then you can also choose if you are looking for Mature land or PG land.
by making the right selection in the drop down box you won't get all the Estate land with covenant come up.

All Covenants are Not Bad

There are some very fair ones, and there are some private sim lease resellers that are trying to do the honorable thing, too. I feel your pain, I have been landshopping the last day or two...
What irks me is that there is no truly honest way to advertise private sim holdings that doesnt end up seeming deceptive when you try to compare prices there with prices on mainland. Instead of filtering out private sim sales, I'd like to just see them clearly tagged, or something, so that I CAN shop either or both in one search, but *know* what I am looking at...I'd suggest a tag/flag that clearly indicates when land listed is a lease transfer and not a pure land sale (vv mainland).
