Ok so I really don't have anything to advertise, but just playing with it I found that as soon as you click yes that you want to place the ad you get charged $250L...if you click cancel while working on it, your ad does not get placed, yet you do not get reimbursed the $250L. How about not charging the fee until you actually place the ad?

ok so you can still go back to finish the ad later if you want but there is no recourse for a refund. And you can't even see what info is needed for an ad until you pay... Just make it so that you get charged when you post the ad rather than when you start creating the ad. Not sure it is acutally a bug...seems like a design flaw to me.
