So for some reason since the newest update that I was instructed to download I have had problems. I keep getting the "check your clock" error and the "dns error" when I try to log in. After a few attempts and a crash I get in. Then I can not TP anywhere without crashing. I have no groups showing. The land I rent does not show to me that I even rent it. I can't play music on it or anything. All this has to be related. I've searched and asked support for help and this was their response: Thanks for contacting us about this issue. We encourage you to look through our extensive knowledge base, the solution finder, the forums and the wiki to solve this problem. I spend more money on lindens in this game than I care to admit. I have been playing over 2 years but I guess that don't count. Sorry I am a bit frustrated and aggravated here. Is there anyone out there who has had this problem the errors and all that I'm getting and if so anyone have a solution? Would appreciate any help. Thanks.

No surprise there. Clearly "warned" beforehand.

IMHO, it's worth paying the $72 per year. You even get a decent amount of it back in L$ as a weekly stipend. That said, why do you expect the same support as paying members when it's clearly stated upfront not to expect it if you do not pay? LL has never hidden that from users. Not paying was entirely your option. In fact, and I don't mean this unkindly at all, but it sounds like your present level of frustration is worth paying that measly $72.

Thanks...mainly I was making this thread to see if anyone else was having this problem or if they had any ideas. And as I said I can assure you Linden Labs gets way more than $72 a year from me in lindens alone.
