Usually you can use CTRL+one of KP2, KP8, or KP9 to zoom in/out/normal. This does not work in the preview. I am hoping this hasn't been turned off deliberately.

It's still there I got it to work (the keys i've always used were ctrl + [8,9,0]), must be bork to activate the first time

Ah, I see. It works with the 2nd row number keys but not the keypad. I kinda hope they make it work with the keypad again.
