I am on a free trial account and was getting ready to upgrade to premium. After the latest upgrade SL has become so laggy I cant use it. I log in and even walking in a straight line is hopeless. I end up spinning in air or walking bakwards underground till I crash out. If standing still it takes so long to load and rezz everything that I just give up. This is not sim specific, it is aross the grid. I am so glad I didnt take the leap and upgrade to premium. Hopefully these problems get fixed quickly but I dont hold out much hope. Looks like its goodbye to SL for me.

A lot of sims were having bad physics problems from the remaining "jointed" physical objects (mostly windchimes) going wild. This should get fixed as people delete the broken objects, or when Andrew comes up with a patch or kills joints for the time being.
I actually hope he kills the joints this time. They're cute, but they don't work well enough to be worth all this aggravation.
