Erm, dunno if anyone else noticed this, but when I was looking through the change log for 1.7 I noticed something which seems very short-sighted.

It is a change whereby after 6pm SLT (Second Life Time) searching for places will return mature results, regardless of your setting for the checkbox (Show mature results in search or w/e it is).

Is this a bug that was found and is now fixed, or was it a conscious change, because if it was a conscious change then it's not a particularly good one due to global users, for me 6pm SLT is about 10am!

Nah - some of the bugs 'fixed' in that list are just pasted directly from the bug report tool. I think what they mean is - this was previously a bug, and now its been fixed.

Sorry! That must be a very poorly written bug line.

Currently events show 200 per page, if there are more than 200 then a 'next' button appears and you can use that to see the rest of the events. Events are sorted by time so the ones that appear on the second page are the later evening ones.

Here was the bug: If there were more thn 200 events including mature events then any searches not including mature events would not show all the events for the day, and would not show a next button.

It is a weird bug to explain. Here is an example. Lets say there are 150 PG events and 100 mature events. If you are viewing all then you see 200 events on the first page, 50 on the next - a mix of PG and mature on each page. With this bug if you uncheck the 'mature' box suddenly you only see the PG events that were already on the first page. All the PG events that were on the second page when viewing all events are no longer shown at all.

This bug was actually found on 1.6 main grid with real world data - in this case that all the events after 6 (which had ended up on the second page) weren't showing for PG searches!

This will be fixed in 1.7 so that you will get all the PG events. I hope that I didn't just confuse anyone more.
