Scammers in games and lindens not helping?

Yes I was wondering what are legal action is against scammers in game. I asked a linden about a porblem with aregion owner saying it was my problemt to take up with region owner well seeing as she was not online at the time she banned all access to the sim...as well took our land for no reason. I dont know what to do. Here is the conversation with the linden. I do not mean no disrespect or harm to Linden Labs but I do not know what else I can do about it. I have tryed contacting them if anyone has any suggestions let me know!!! Thank you.

i really think something should be done about this ., really there isint much thay can do unless thay take legal actions aginst the sim owner i dont think thay can legaly just take the money back from the sim owner i think the sim owner should be punished for scamming even tho theres no written contrats there still the word of mouth contrat and the money that was paid and the lindens can use that if thay have all the convo longs of buying the land, but ethere way that linden should have been more considerate and helped you fix that problemthay shoul really do soemthing about these lendes that respond such as that one did care less..................

These days LLabs is putting a wall between US and them.....I sorry here this.
As SL grows so does the cheating, griefting etc.......Look at the Abise reports and Live Help? They changing the system? why? because LLAbs can`t handle all these non payment online greifters. In all fairness.....Data is one of the nicenest and friendest lindens. Read the Blog about LLAbs redoiing Abuse reports and the removel of Live Help.
As it stands, if there is problems if there is a problem on friday then its apossiblity that NOW a issue with a island can`t be fixed until monday in this new system.

Things are really sucking these days!

soo true there thay dont even asnwer there suport emails ethere thes days how do thay think were gunns deal with problems like this just oh well and go about our bissness every one knows lindens proffit and gain off everything but yett thay offer no help at all
at this rate in a few years thay dont have much aneyone left here

Is it not there job to keep the game clean of problems? In game problems such as grifers and such. they ask us to report it then when we do we get this? I do not see this as fair but I do not know what else we can do except sumbit the reports and pray to god they deal with it.
