What do you mean, for when a prim finds itself affected by another prim's light? Or when the prim's light property is changed?
If the former then the problem is that lighting is handled client side, while scripts run on the server.
If the latter, if your prim's light has changed, surely your script would be the one doing it anyway?

ahh.. not always a script changing the light.

The latter. When the light property of the prim is changed.
There are times when you'd want to get the light settings when a person set it, but currently they have forgotten to put that event in.
We have them for color, texture, scale etc etc..
I'm guessing this one is just an oversight.

Oh! I see now, hmm, never really used those before except inventory, link and owner. They also don't have a CHANGED_FLEXIBLE either then
