Last night I went to a store, and bought a dress for my girlfriend. So I bought 1000L from Linden Labs, and used 800 of it to purchase this dress. It paid the vendor. No dress came.

No big deal, right? that happens how often?? So I IM'd the owner of the store, and went about my business as usual.

Morning rolls around. I get a message back from the owner saying;

Owner: I went through all my records and am only seeing on purchase made by you back on 5/10/07 for the -Blank Item that I bought back in the day-. Is it possible that you purchased under another name?

WTF?

So I tell her that I specifically bought this dress, my pockets are definitely 800L lighter, and she should be showing the purchase. She says no, and I check my transaction history. SURE ENOUGH. It does not show the purchase at her store. All it shows is me buying 800L.

Yet I am still 800L lighter. I got a ticket submitted, if that's even the right possible recourse for this. I was tempted to call the support number too, and I want to know why Live Help is gone, for serious. I also want to know if anyone else has had this problem too, and if it's going to be a recurring issue. I'm not buying anything until I speak to someone from Linden Labs either way, about this. 4 bucks may not seem like much, but it adds up. I could have bought four whole things at the dollar store for that :p
