okay when you are busy setting stuff up which can include
writing a script for a vendor
texturing boxes with pictures for putting products in
putting the products in the boxes
and more (if it is saved its a target ..)
and the following happens
the script mysteriously rewrites itself and vendors start disappearing after you give one out to your affiliates (not my problem this one just some poor guy that I know that thought he was loosing his mind..)
the textures on the boxes magically rerrange themselves you go back thinking you have gone mad and put the proper textures on the proper boxes photos i mean and then log in to find that they have again the next day mysteriously rearranged themselves
you put a pair of boots which are perfect and you have double and triple checked that yes there is a left foot and a right food and a left leg and a right leg and all the permissions are correct and you go back the next day to find a customer has purchased two left feet.. you apologize profusely fix his boots fix the box and yet again redo it all then the next day you return to find one left foot and 2 right legs and a right foot?
You set your prices on your boxes and set the permissions only to have the prices change and the permissions change
Have I gone mad? have my friends gone insane? is this guy with his vendor script gonna survive his harrowing experience?
time shall tell but in the meantime can someone make sure the asset servers start saving the information we are feeding it so we can save what marbles we have left in our heads?
bug reported fine but I am asked for time of day? i dont know i was asleep when it happened i walk away its all rosey and I return hours or possibly a day later to see that stuff has mysteriously rearranged itselves
please remove all gremlins from your servers and stop feeding them and make sure they save our information
