Land fees bug or they changed?

I read in the faqs "Land use fees are billed based on the peak amount of land held during your previous 30 day billing cycle."

I buyed 2048 sqm on 8/16 and upgraded premium, today 8/27 they charged my credit card 15 usd for land fees and next bill date for land fees is now 9/26


They changed something or it's a mistake/bug?


It's the second time I own mainland but now it's really expensive if when you upgrade premium you have to pay landfees for the first 10 days peak amount of land held.

land tier fees are billed in monthly cycles, and each fee is for usage during the 30 days prior to the end of the billing cycle. When you first purchased land, it was on February 26th. Therefore, on the 26th of each month, you'll be billed for the land you held in the 30 days prior. Downgrading and then upgrading membership does not affect your land billing date
