I downloaded the latest RC candidate for SL, v1.19.0. When I ran it to log in, it gave me an error: New version of Second Life is available (Required Version: 1.18.6.4). You must download the update to use Second Life.
Is this because they had to roll back the server versions to a previous version and the two don't play nice together? I thought that was whe they had the Het Grid for.
Can someone elaborate on this?

and when I do run that version, it says that a newer version is available, 1.19.0, and asks me to download that again, so I get stuck in a loop. Hummm, SL seems to be a bit scattered right now. Map didn't work for me in 1.19.0 btw.

yeah... something is very wrong here, Too bad 1.19 viewer seemed to have some fixes I've been waiting for.

Check out the Blog. That viewer was put up by mistake. It isn't ready yet.
