SL.exe running as Dos in background?

Ever since I upgraded to this new release, when I log into SL I also have a separate window come up on my computer that says C:\ProgramFiles\SecondLife\SecondLife.exe

It shows every command that goes out from my system, including packet loss information.. etc..

What the heck is this and how do I get rid of it? It has never been there on any of my other release installs and is not on the other computer I used to access SL.

I *think* I know what you mean. Try going to your Debug menu, at the bottom of the menu click console window if it's already been checked. Hope that helps.

Occassionally the Console Window will kick itself on after an update. It's pretty harmless but closing it can close out SL. Like Disobedience said, kill that checkbox.
