Shortly after installing new version, friends cannot see me online though I am, they however can read my IMs but I dont see theirs Immediately. They type and I dont see anything. I receive IMs as offlines after I relog. I have NEVER had issues in SL so this is really SADDENING!!!
Scenario: Log in at 12.00 send message to FRIEND at 12.01 at 12.05 I receive nothing from FRIEND , I relog at 12.06 then I get messages (time stamped 12.01 - 12.03) from FRIEND as offlines.
FRIEND said when messages were sent to me it showed as "user is offline" even though I was on at the time.
I can however be heard in open chat
Making SL miserable. Not sure if it is a bug.
Anyone going thru this? What did you do to correct it?

its a on going issue with sl buddy list being screwed up...
you can try to clear your cach via sl and re log
you might have to relog couple of times and when you go to log after selecting to clear you cach go some were very looooow lag depending on your inventory will depend on how long it will take sl to clear it
mine is heheh a wopping 20k and takes basicly 1 min per k to clear
ouchhhh
oh and be sure you have checked the box that alowes your friends to see you on line and v/s
