I apologize for not explaining better here, but please, take the time to read these two sources...these are two converging ideas that have a GREAT DEAL of potential merit (with tweeking), and *might* (?) fix a lot of things broken about Customer Relations, pro-client product development, out-of-bubble sensitivity/input lacking at Linden Lab (or seemingly so), etc etc etc

I think that's the point I am making, if Linden Lab, in its current version, is not able to task-organize itself in a way that results in rapid progress in product quality and in sytems management (grid and in-world), it is time for those who cannot to make room for those who can, and just might, if they were asked nicely (or might not).
