Sims keep turning red

Since wednesday I'm not able to spend any time on my own land anymore? Why? Because like 2 mins after landing my packets stop loading at all and eventually the sim turns red. I can fly, move and do anything on the sim that borders my own land but as soon as I cross the border my avatar gets sucked in land and the only thing I can do is logoff. It also happens when I enter from home location. Packets stop loading and my ava freezes. I did a picketloss checker but got 0% packetloss as a result.

I noticed I have this problem on a lot of sims aswell so not just my own. However I don't seem to have this problem on class 5 sims since they dont give me any issues.

I have read the forums and recent issues but i can't seem to find anyone with similair problems. It made me wonder if I'm the only one or that people simply are so fed up they don't complain about stuff like this anymore.

For some reason it also seems to have to do with the fact I'm from Europe? Maybe someone else knows this?

We have many problems accessing SL from Europe, especially Texas hosted sims. Problems go from huge packet losses or huge app ping times (500ms -> 2000ms) to repetitives viewer crashes, and disappear as son as you tp to a SF hosted region. Frequent (5 minutes) viewer crashes had been reported from France and Switzerland, with different ISP, PSINET and LEVEL3 carriers, when US users were not affected in the same region.

Problems seems related to Time Warner's international peering point. To know if your sim is hosted in California or Texas, drop the following script in a prim, copy the hostname and do a traceroute (Unix) or tracert (Wndows).
