I've seen this twice now. On receiving an IM (one personal, one group) and hence opening an IM session, I've seen a line similar to

[14:14] *** parent estate: 1, mainland

opening the session.

Anyone else seen this?

I've seen it a few times, always right when I log in and I do not have that option on.

It seems to happen when you log out after an IM has been queued up to send to you or something but SL doesn't realize you are gone. (Just a wild guess). Or you have closed the IM while a message was in transit, some kind of "race condition".

I think it's just SL trying to recover from a "bad state" between you and the server.
