Why did I get banned from Luskwood?

I went to Luskwood for the first time the other day. I flew up in the air to put on the furry av that comes in the library. When it finally managed to rez, I flew back down and stood on the main platform. I stood there a while enjoying the silly looking avs. My attention was divided between the monitor with Luskwood on it and the other monitor with the forums on it. After a few minutes I saw a sign that said if you aren't seeing any chat to delete the settings.xml file and restart. When I restarted I was banned from Luskwood. I have no idea why. Michi Lumin did not repond to my IM. I IMed a Luskwood Helper who said that someone said I was causing trouble. I hadn't done anything at all vaguely resembling making trouble. I hadn't done anything other than to pivot around a few degrees and take a few steps. The Luskwood Helper said to contact eltee Statosky. eltee is not online.

This does not make for a good first visit to Luskwood. My account status is payment used.

Is this sort of treatment the norm in Second Life these days?

So far as I could tell there wasn't any trouble going on, nothing I could see.

This is something you need to take up with LW; it's not appropriate for the forums (Private Discussion).

I'm locking this thread for the previous reason.
