To everyone who has ever supported my tribute to LOTRs, the Rivendell Project, after a year in Dore, it will be going away as of the 23rd. Since the land cannot be sold, it will be returned to The Lindens. Please do not inquire as to purchase. I am moving on to better and more peaceful things and hopefully less stress. Thank you all who visited and I hope that you enjoyed what I presented.
Thank you all again.. Soren Romulus

Nooooooooooo...it was so nice too! It was the first place I went to when I decided to go elf...I always took pictures of myself on that horse, it was magnificent! Loved the items that were for sale and everything~ I'll be visiting when I get back from work today, taking more pictures.

It is rather sad to see all of the old builds slowing tumbling down However I am glad to see our world continues to become more innovative and beautiful by the day. Thanks for laying the groundwork and good luck Soren!

Thank you all for your kindness and kind words..One day..you never know..it may appear again, in another place and time..Rivendell won't be deleted, only placed into a folder, to come out again and revisit, like an old friend.. Also..thanks to Elror Gullwing, he will be preserving a part of the build on his land..
Thank you all and peace to you..

Ohhh no ! I'm so sad to hear of its demise - one of the first builds I visited, and sooo inspiring too... Best wishes for whatever you move on to do next

Sad thing for me was logging off one night after journeying with Oz and Arathos there... and in the morn, when I logged back into SL -- all gone, all gone.

I remember viewing this beautiful build last Spring... I suppose I thought it'd stand as a public works project.
Ah, c'est la vie.
Good luck to you!

I have always admired Rivendell and recommend it to every newbie I encounter. I was sorry that the SL Elves never seemed to take residence. I will be very sad to see it go. Well done, Soren. Best of wishes in all your future endeavors.
