Just wanted to post this notice, to let those who are wondering know, about why I haven't been in world (except for about 15 mins to an hour a few times) the last few weeks.

Basically, the little one is staying with her grandparents this summer. So I took more hours on at work. I'm at the tail end of a couple of projects and it is crunch time. When I get home, I'm either too exhuasted to do anything, or if I'm somewhat coherant, the hubby and I are trying to go out and do things to take advantage of being childless for a bit. hehe.. We are also in the process of trying to buy a house and would need to be moving by August 1st if all goes as well as it has been. So I just have not been able to make it in world. It also means a few other things:

1. Those of you who have contacted me about the Gallery. I have NOT forgotten you!! The Gallery will *still* be going up, just a bit later than I had hoped. I promise to contact each of you to keep you up to date, and hopefully within a few weeks we can start displaying your work! Feel free to PM me with questions (you can IM me too, but will take longer for me to respond). Any others interested in the Gallery, I am still (and always will be) taking submissions! :)

2. There is just no way in the world I'm going to be able to make the SF gathering. :( I was going to still try, even with everything going on, but I realize now that I'm just spreading myself too thin. I will be contacting those who donated money to me for the benefit of helping Urusula and I get out there. I will be happy to either return the money to you, give back the half that was for me, or donate all of what you offered to just Urusula. I'll leave that up to you all. And Urusula, I'm still wanting to try and help do a fundraising event for you. I'm checking my schedule and will be in touch. :)

3. Fellow Neualtenburg's, sorry I'm not around right now. I'm trying to stay up to date through the group forum. Those of you who have IMed me, I'll contact you the very next time I'm in world, or you can PM me here. I'm anxious to get back involved again as soon as I am able!

4. Flip, I'll PM you about the events work group sub-groups. I still want to make time to do what I signed up for. I'm just a tad out of the loop on when the meetings are being held.

5. Cabinhead, I'm still very interested in helping host classes and such. But it is looking like Mid-August is going to be a better time for me to be able to stick to a set schedule. If there have been any meetings I have missed, I would love it if someone could fill me in! :)

5. I want a chance to be a TINI damnit!!! :o :p

PMing me on the boards is the fastest way to reach me right now if you need to. I'm not on the forums *as much* as usual, but enough downtime throughout the day does give me some chance to get on here. I miss seeing all of you and will be happy when RL settles back down. Thankfully that won't be too long from now.

*BIG HUGS EVERYONE* :D

Hang in there, Pen! It can be so tough to deal with a family and job, and still trying to find time to get stuff done in SL. Personally, I have no idea how you working parents manage, I have a hard enough time keeping it all together as a stay-at-home mom with two kids.

That's wonderful that your family is able to take your child for a while this summer; I envy the time you get to spend alone with your husband and, let's face it... with yourself. Enjoy it and don't feel guilty for missing out on a few SL things. I suspect a lot of people take some time off from SL duties in the summer, and it will all be here when you get back. :)

Oh, and good luck with the house thing... and don't let it stress you out. ;)

Well crap. I thought I was going to finally have my chance to give you a real hug and smooch. Good luck with the house deal and give me a call to chat if you get a minute in that hectic schedule of yours.

Love you, Pen! *MWUH*

Same thing for me Pen. I'm not in SL much right now due to everything I own chose now to break. :) Also, I will have to work in El Paso sometime around the 25th of July to 12th of August. I don't know when my week(s) will be yet, but probably the 1st of August. I refunded the 10,000 that Flipper donated to see us kiss :) He was supposed to be checking with you to see if you still could use it.

We'll just have to have a southern/eastern get together. :)

Enjoy your husband and those kid free nights. You may be able to watch a whole DVD without interruption. :)

Drift: *HUGS* Thank you! I'm antzy to get back in world. Too bad I can't just "return all objects" and have my apartment insta-packed! hehe :p

Beryl: Yes, we miss her a great deal (though we did go down to see them over this past holiday weekend), but it is amazing all the things we are doing while being childless. Wouldn't trade her for the world though. :D I had the pleasure of being a stay-at-home mom for 5 and a half years. It was a much harder job than I'm doing now. But it was also *very* fullfilling. And I'm lucky in that even though I work now, I'm home by the time she gets off the bus. I wouldn't miss these years for the world! :)

Trin: awww!! I know. But hopefully next year we will get out there to visit family and I'll sneak away to give you tons and tons of kis.. err, hugs!! ;)

Urusula: Well darn! I had hoped you would still be able to go! :( Oh well, you are right, we will need to do southern/eastern get together soon! I'm dying to meet you and some of the others around here! :)

Thanks again for the well wishes everyone! *BIG HUGS*
