Kendra and I jointly maintain rights to the name, as you can see from this thread. As you'll recall, she's been a member since the beginning up until she revoked your group's rights to use the name. She currently owns the land on which Port Neualtenburg rests and is the original forum moderator (which is why she was able to wrest the forum from your control during the coup).

Stop being petty and just move on.

I can think of at least three reasons to close this thread. This, which I've copied-and-pasted more than I care to in the last few days, would be one of them:

Private discussions – the forums are a public area for the Second Life community’s use. Individuals who have a dispute with each other have other channels of communication to discuss their differences or communicate – private messaging, IM within Second Life, or chatting within Second Life. Also, threads that are addressed to a single individual or group are inappropriate on the forums, this includes slander or "naming names" in a posts title, starting polls about a particular resident or group, etc.

Per the forum Guidelines.

Please don't continue to perpetuate wrongs unto others, even if they've hurt you. That energy is better spent boosting up the people you care about and do get along with.

*gets out watermelon shotgun to blast away zombie horses which are beating themselves from the dead... o wait that sounds sooo wrong
