SL in Rome/Italy

Hi all Italians out there or people living in Rome, do you know an internet café somewhere in Rome/Italy where i could get into SL? thanks, zingg

1) Piazza Risorgimento - Rome - (near Vatican City and metro-stop "Ottaviano" line "A"
2) Piazza del Tritone - Rome - (near the down start of Barberini ' s street and near metro-stop "Barberini" line "A".

The number 2 is a very big internet caffe, but i think that you can not install or using an your game. You can only surf whit a browser on internet, view your e-mail account, using a chat program (like msn) and make an internet telephone call (like Skype). You can not play a game.

That 1st one might be worth a try - if I remember it correctly it is more of a PC shop/internet point (walk along the vatican wall - away from St Pietro's, towards the museum entrance, but instead of turning left up the hill, cross the road on the right and it is in a street on that side )

Dont know of any cafe's that will let you download onto their machines, but you might get lucky if you have a laptop and ask if you can plug in to their network.

You could also try the libraries - most of them have study centers that allow you to plug in with a laptop.

Remember that new legal policy dictates that you will require your ID or passport before you use a public internet point now ( or at least they should ask you )

And having been to Rome i can also add the internetpoint at piazza Sonino in trastevere (in front of the nr 8 tramstop). the computer at the back has SL installed rates are reasonable at 4€ an hour. they make a special price if you are on for hours
