"Welcome to FreebieDB - the free object database for Second Life.
FreebieDB is a new information resource for Second Life. This database contains literally hundreds of items. It was created to consolidate the vast number of free objects in SL, and to make them easily available to everyone in the SL community. In the process, we hope to thwart the efforts of those who seek to profit by selling these free objects to others.
All of the objects in FreebieDB were gathered from freebie boxes found in SL.
If you are the Creator of an object in this database and do not want it listed here, please send us a notecard with your name, the exact name of the object in question, and stating that you want it removed from our database, and we will remove it as soon as possible.
Similarly, if you have created an object that you want to make freely available to the SL community, send us a notecard with your name, a copy of the object embedded in the notecard, the category you wish it listed under, and a message stating that you want us to add this to our database, and we will add it as soon as we can. All objects must have full permissions in order to be linked in a notecard.
