Are there any of these or similar active in SL?. I'm thinking Parkinson's Disease specifically but there are lots of other things it could be of course.

I know theres Supportforhealing which does mental issues such as depression. Maybe they know?

The 'Shockproof' group that has a presence in the 'Dreams' sim is dedicated to supporting stroke victims. That's headed up by The Sojurner, I believe.

As Jonas pointed out, Supportforhealing may be a good place to start as well. That's administered by Zafu Diamond.
