I was looking for other categories to post this, but economy seems closest.

As of 04/11/06, Maxx Monde Limited Liability Company has been formed. While I still have a lot of work ahead of me, I just wanted to let you all know that I'm gearing up to provide some quality consumables to Secondlife as a whole, in addition to working with existing companies to leverage their unique talents.

I'm a one-man shop right now, so production and such will not be on the level of larger organizations, but I can promise that whatever I produce will be the best I can provide.

Stay tuned for other announcements.

Its public record, so since I live in Chicago, its Illinois. I considered doing the whole registered-agent means of registering in another state, but this isn't a tax dodge, I don't need any additional 'breaks'.

Like most things, it needs more work. However, I am proud that I made a curvy '@' out of prims...not a lot, either.

When schedule allows, I'll have more to show.
