About a month ago, a newbie named Gladius Luchador stumbled on one of my Street Craps games that someone else has purchased and put out on their property (thanks!). For one reason or another, Gladius contacted me. We ended up talking for a while, and after meeting his RL GF and in game "Partner," I decided to let them squat at my old place in Hogadon. They were good people.

During the month, Gladius and I got to know eachother, and he became privy to the fact that I'm getting tired of playing the merchant aspect of the game on here, and missed just being able to hang out and explore.

To make a long story short, we entered into a mutual agreement wherein he would be taking over many of the products I used to sell. He bought the source to Street Craps, and the thereafter right to update, maintain and resell the game as he pleases. I'm done with it. I've been compensated for all of this, of course.

Should any of you who own any of the various versions of Street Craps be reading this, keep your eye out for an update from Gladius Luchador. (He's an experienced coder in world and out - have no fear - I wouldn't just sell the source to anyone). He has a complete list of everyone who's ever picked up one of the versions, so he knows who to send updates to.

Why am I writing this? Because I don't think the dude comes into the forums at all, or at least not yet, and I want to make anyone aware that may have purchased my products in the past, who will now possibly notice them being sold by another avatar, that this is not fraud in any type of way. He has compensated me for my work, and he now owns full rights to those things.

I guess this is a plea to not abuse report him if you think he has ripped me off somehow. I appreciate the notion, but this is all legitimate.

I'll still be leaving some items up on SLExchange for sale. Things I wanted to hang onto myself for whatever reason. And he's (gladius) kindly allowed me to host my Magic box on his soon-to-be land (since I'm tiering down and will be homeless). But that will be my only retail presence in SL for now.

It's been fun! This isn't an I'm leaving thread. Completely the opposite. I'm just gonna use SL for leisurely reasons now, and take a break from all the code/build/sell related stuff.

Oh, and as for the title of this thread: That's a poke at Gladius, whether he see's this notice or not. He's very much into Roman related things, hehe. :p
