Looking for a hat designer, I believe his name is Zebs Zaftig. He used to have a shop that reminded me of the 'cat in the hat" hat.

If anyone knows where to find his shop I would appreciate it. I dont' see his name listed in world anymore.

I found the place - Sabullela 59,183 - but the shop is gone: ZZ Tops. Too bad.
