Hiya, my first post, and it's one to simply say thanks! I ran into a problem with an object that kept popping up messages into my screen, and couldnt for the life of me track it down. Logging, re-installing, clearing cache, removing attachments, taking back all parcel objects, NOTHING worked. Went into Live Help, and thirty seconds later, Ethan tp'ed over. He then spent 15 minutes analysing and suggesting, and eventually tracking down the cause, and fixing me good to go! A real gent. Saved my hair from being torn out, and I can't praise his patience highly enough. Big thanks!
