Roberta Dalek offline until further notice

I, Roberta Dalek, am offline until further notice. BT have decided to cut my phone line off so no ADSL for me..

I've left 2 shops up - Nauru and one on Wish Island. They basically sell out of boxes so there should be no issues people need help with.

I'm expecting to be offline for 2 months as I owe BT £170 (about $300 USD).

Sorry for the hassle and hope to be back soon.

Often people need to be given direction in life on what should be
the correct order of their priorities..

Roberta has always been a 'giver' in SL with her knowledge and skills she could very easily be making mega bucks as a designer/builder and Lord knows what else.

But instead she spends a LOT more time helping other do that and gives a LOT of help her in the forums.

I for one would lend a 1/4 of that phone bill and be happy to be paid back as and when just because she is a very much valued and active member of SL who chose not to totally 'cash in' but rather teach others to do so.

I don't want this to turn into a ' should we and why shouldt we' I don't know her only 'of' her and its all good.

Can anyone reach her? And can anyone help me get the total together in L$? for her?

I will pay a 1/4 I dont have time to fund raise but think its time we gave a little back to this lady.

Two people it might be worth contacting are Kandra Bancroft and Gwynneth Lyddon; I don't know how well they know her, but they might be able to help.

I only have a derisory amount of Lindens available to give, but I would certainly do so if I knew it was helping.

I was going to respond to this with two priorities for you of my own, expressed slightly more succinctly than this: 1. Go away whilst engaging in sexual intercourse. 2. Terminate one's life processes.
