So I'm about to leave for San Francisco from Waco. Just about every disaster that could happen has, but I'm on my way. I leave at 5:45am, stop in Houston and arrive at SFO ~ 9:30am. I've never flown in one of these tiny little commuter plane dealies. I'm a bit nervous. Also, for those of you that are already there, don't forget that there are only about 20-25 spots left for the hottest party during SLCC. Alt-Zoom Studios is holding the monthly Take5 Machinima Festival in-world and in SL on Saturday, August 19th at 8pm PST (SL Time). In-world it takes place on the sim of Lukanida. IRL it takes place at a bar called Kennedy's. Sign up at the convention because we'll be feeding and boozing! Hope to see you there!  |

I'll be leaving for San Francisco in the morning on Saturday. As it's only a BART ride and some muni time for me, it's not too bad. I'm a tech support volunteer on Saturday, and I feel more than a little nervous about it all.  I hope to see everyone at the event! Mari
