Nina Peel missing?

Does anyone happen to know if Nina Peel is still alive and well?

Last I heard from her was early January '06. Before that, she was a long-time and frequent SL user who must have hundreds of friends. She was always very good at replying to IMs even when she was not online much. Her house still appears to be there, but is unchanged.

Color me concerned -- this is the first time I've had a friend just completely go poof without a trace. Without knowing anything, my fertile imagination can think of some pretty bad scenarios.

Any info as to Nina's welfare would be greatly appreciated.

Since posting this, her profile and listing under "People" has also disappeared. So I guess she no longer exists. I hope she is welll, wherever she is.
