"When Philip first contacted us back in November 2003, we were stoked. Here we were launching a service that would eventually violate EULAs in ten different games, and we were actually asked to list the L$. How cool is that?:

Over the next 20 months or so, we built the foundation for the Second Life economy." - Jamie H.

I'm certain many, many people in SL do not know how involved you have been with the creation of the financial infrastructure of Second Life. I believe the combination of Phillip's invitation and your success with GOM has been the two single most important events in SL's short economic history.

You've done Excellent! Jamie!! You have much to be proud of, and have earned a place in the SL History Wiki!

Thank you!!

Be well, and my your days be productive and your nights filled with joy!

You made my Top 10 Economically Influential avatars list, Jamie Hale.

Unfortunately, you were cut down in your prime.

Nice try, though, Merwan.

"User-created content takes the idea of leveraging player opinions a step further by allowing them to effectively prototype new ideas and features. Developers can then measure which new concepts most improve the products and incorporate them into the game in future patches."
