Thank You Lee Linden!!!

Not sure im in the right place but here goes.............

Yesterday I took it upon myself to prove that there is in fact a human behind the avie.

I accidentally left my own group. Under normal circumstances, this wouldn't be a problem but ..... (normal...hmmmmm) I was thee only Officer of my club.

Too funny huh?!? So there I sat befuddled, wondering, thinking to myself "OMG, what have I done????"

I did what any fine SL citizen would do I contacted live help. However my delima was a bit beyound the one who tried so benevinantly to help me. I was referred to [email]support@secondlife.com[/email].

I went to my Yahoo email account and sent a request for help. My request was expeditiously responded to by an automated response. In short, "We will get back to you."

WELL THANK YOU LEE LINDEN!!!!!!!

Within just hours of my receiving that automated letter Lee had emailed me to help me resolve my delima. As luck would have it I was away from my desk .....silly me forgot to include the name of my group in my email. DOH!!!

I quickly replied to Lee's email.

I then logged on to Second Life and began to play and try to take my mind of the earlier events of the day.

PING! You guessed it!!
It was Lee IMing me.
This is A copy of what I sent to all my members (yess all 7 of them).

As a result of Lee's dedication and willingness to assist me I was able to resolve my group leader issue.

Let me tell you, lee is no joke no joke at all. I use the hell out of the concierge program and i lee is always on the ball. You can also read billys post about asking lee to help with aol mail while getting a private island deal straight.. this guy is a mirical worker!

Additionally, I reported this bug (letting the last officer quit / join as member) the other day after someone in Live Help had the problem.

Discussing live help cases is against the rules.

First, you make the assumption that I meant someone ASKING for Live Help. I could have easily meant a person on the Live Help team.

Second, absolutely. I'll be sure not to discuss that live help case's details. There's nothing in the rules preventing you from discussing a bug that exists in SL and mentioning that it as discovered in Live Help.

Now stop busting my chops, boy! =^P

Lets keep this on the right track please. I just want Lee to know how much i appreciated his help.
