I was already feeling sad about the forums going away, and I started up the Aditi preview grid, where I am carrying Starax's wand. I made a skull and a skeleton and it made me sadder still.

I suppose I could pull out my self portrait statue of Starax if I really wanted to torture myself. I think I'll pass on it.

One person as subtle and inventive and creative as Starax leaving SL is only a HUGE loss, there is no reason to make any fun of that, the Man must have had his reasons, which can only be respectable, the only thing to let him know is that whatever happened, we love him and we re gonna miss him BAD!!! SL without Starax will never be as good, we loose here one of our best Dreamers, a real Artist that follows no trail, may it be of bread or rocks.

Hi, boss. I'm not making fun of anything. I'm saddened and feel a great loss. I am leaving a trail of breadcrumbs as the forums are closing and I want Starax to be able to find us when we are gone.

What i meant was that sensitive people can be hurt, creativity doesnt come without sensitivity, from there, once hurt, any word can just add to it, some can help but most dont, which words will we use to show that we feel, can anything we say be of any help, is our help even wanted? There s only one thing i am sure of, with Starax s departure, i am the one who would need a trail of breadcrumbs, i feel a loss, a friend of heart has left the building and those are the only words that come to my mind and though, i never knew him, still, he was one of my favourite strangers.

That's a great term... I can think of a few people in my own Second Life who I'd refer to that way.

I only wish he *would* decide to come back... although I can understand why he might feel the need to move on. There will be other talented artists, but there's only one Starax.
