I know of several times when Cristiano was excited about new dance creations and wanted to show them to me. In one instance, he was working to help better the avatar model for SL (which Xenon Linden put up publically) and we were testing poses and noticed our booties fell through the ground. Up to that moment I didn't realize there could be such a variation between bodytypes and poses. Cristiano Midnight runs SLuniverse.com, which is one of the early sites I visited before ever coming inworld. This was a time before Snapzilla (more of which I'll talk about in a moment), but on the forums there, I posted a question and was responded kindly to. After my trial to There was up, I headed into the sunny shores of SL. I met a number of friends through Ano, and he showed me his art gallery and his hotel and his mansion (with many cars, I might add). Later on he hosted parties and invited me to come. I was never sure how I'd fit with such things, but in hindsight, it's gone surprisingly smooth and I really am comfortable here. Our conversations were often startling and spontaneous, and it clued me in to more of what's going on here. I also remember when he decided to get prim hair. Suffice it to say, a good chunk of my SL history is built upon that foundation, and it continues with Snapzilla picture-sharing. I was frustrated there wasn't a more spontaneous way to document my SL experiences, so get this, one day Ano IMs me and tells me what he's doing, and it just rolls from there. Snapzilla's grown big and I hope to see it get bigger and bigger because it provides the much-needed visual component to what a lot of people have experienced in SL. I also hope Lindens will allow us to send higher-res snapz with better compression, but truth lies in the fiction and there's just sooo much history you can look back on, in the months of the hard work Cristiano has done for the community. I think picture postcards, as they would be featured in a movie, are a good indicator of "freeze frames" in the timeline, moments you remember especially vividly. Ano has always been encouraging to me and understanding of my communication difficulties. I was especially heartened upon coming back to see what was said in my absence. I can only hope for many more bright things, so thanxies Ano for all the good vibes! |

Cris is one of the most down to earth people I've met, in RL or SL. He's amazingly talented and insanely generous. Also, a snappy dresser and I'm sure he smells faintly of some tasteful yet expensive cologne.
Plus he hasn't banned me from Snapzilla yet. So that's good.

I'm definitely a fan and a friend of Cris. It still amazes me how much he gets done in a day. What he has done with Snapzilla, bringing animations to SL and creating friendships all over the SL world is what has made him stand out. MJ  |

To my knowledge i have never met Cristiano in avie person in sl , however...
back when I lived in Myrtle, I seem to recall taking a pic of him ghosted in front
of my house and sent it to him. *had a haunted castle theme going*...
I was impressed with his good character in the kindness he showed getting a snapshot
from a total stranger. SL is a great place but its even more so with good ppl like Cristiano
in it . Thank you
