Sometime on Tuesday evening, the server (daemon@data.agni.lindenlab.com)that is used to send out postcard images from SL started malfunctioning. Since last night, it has sent over 1500 emails to Snapzilla (pics@slpics.com). A test postcard I sent to my own personal email was received 20 times (after a delay of 30 minutes or so after sending it). Another by Jellybean Madison also sent to my personal email was received 15 times.
In a situation like this (which has created a mess on my site as there are hundreds of repeated images before I was able to shut off autoprocessing, as well as a mailbox full of 1200 additional emails that have not been processed), who can I contact? I emailed support and also sent a message to Torley Linden, who got back to me immediately and said they would contact Operations. However, the problem continued all night. As of about 6 am EST it seems to have stopped, but I'm not sure if that is just because it is a slow period in the middle of the night.
I still have over a thousand emails if any additional information is needed from them to help diagnose this problem. During a normal day, users send several hundred images to my site, so I would definitely like to get this problem corrected as soon as possible to avoid further damage to my site and loss of images.
