Lindens TESTING sandbox

I am not here to complain, I just have a suggestion, because, as I say in every thread, I respect you all, and I know you do you best.
Every day that I am in the Linden's Weapon TESTING Sandbox there are TONS of greifers, Not asking before they test, and sit on NonPhysical vehicles and orbit innocent people. When I tell them to stop they say things like "F*ck off" and when I go to report them, they say "I can just make another account".

I was wondering in the future there would be some way in the testing sandbox to call a linden, like a faster abuse report. This would help alot, It would help enforce rules better, and quicker, so you dont have to keep getting orbited, after you file an abuse report.
I created a proposal in http://secondlife.com/vote but I thought I would ask directly if there are any plans.

The abuse reporting system is precisely for this type of issue. We do not come to regions typically just because there are greifers there. Mute, Report them.
