Waive Tier?

My niece and I own a kids mall. This copybot thing has our renting customers so concerned they are closing down their booths right and left. Since we can barely make our tier every month with all our booths full (we don't charge a whole lot), this is going to be the end of us.

Here's a thought. Since the Lindens don't seem terribly concerned about Copybot, how about if they waive everyone's tier until they come up with a solution to it? I'll bet *that* would motivate them to make some major progress very quickly.
