I know its not the employees fault that you are currently shorthanded right now yet it is you that has to deal with all the fixing and us complaining about everything. I just wanted you to know that I think your doing the best you can with what you have and you have my support.
Also, for everyone else reading this.... PLEASE stop complaining about free accounts and attempting to get the Lindens to shut them off. If it was not for the free account I would have never signed up for SL and ended up being a paying member. Not everybody is just going to hand out $10.00 to see if they like something or not. Sometimes it takes a free spot in order to see that you like it first. Why do you think with most games they release a demo? That's the whole point. Let us not forget, Linden Labs is not just here for kicks... They are here to be a profitable company. More people equals more money in the end. I'm not saying that there have not been issues, we all know there has been but free accounts is not the problem, not even close. And the staff supporting SL is not the issue either. They are doing the best they can I feel. The problem is higher up and I really think they see that issue as well which is why they are breaking their necks attempting to hire people right now. SL haas grown way faster then I think they ever expected it to which is a good thing but can also be a bad thing and they seem to be getting a little of both. So I say open the flood gates! Let the people into SL and to the higher ups in Linden Labs... Please just do what it takes to get things under control.
